If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned within 10 days for size exchange, store credit or refund as long as our Seal & Tag remain on the garment. If a client is pleased with their purchase they can remove the Seal Tag and discard. We will not accept returns under any condition if the Seal and its Tag are removed.
E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days from the delivery date to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N). Please include Order Number, Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is size exchange, store credit or refund.
Clients can choose between three compensation options: Size exchange Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available.
Merchandise can be returned for a refund to the type of payment used unless marked FINAL SALE. These items are non-refundable and not returnable.
To receive refund, items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 10 days of ShopUntitled receiving the returned order.
Refunds for orders paid by credit card will appear on the client’s next billing statement after a minimum of 30 days from the date of the refund. Processing time may vary from Credit Card Company to Credit Card Company.
The tag must still be intact and attached to the returned item. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show signs of use.
Returns must arrive within 7 days of receiving the R.A.N.
ShopUntitled provides free domestic shipping to customers on all orders over $300. The customer is responsible for shipping costs in regards to returns.
ShopUntitled reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent with same courier as specified in the email detailing the return instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused, and the carrier might charge you to return package back to you. Shop Untitled is not responsible for loss or damage in such a situation. In the case of international shipments, client is responsible for any customs duty or taxes incurred in the country of delivery. Items are shipped FOB from New York City.
Shop Untitled will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions of the returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.
